The Country is going through a difficult time and it seems that we’re entering into an inflationary period. Up until now we’ve resisted price increases, but found that steel prices, raw materials, shipping costs and gasoline have all increased substantially. We’ve held off thinking that if the Country gets back to work, the net effect will be lower costs, but that just doesn’t seem to be the case. Effective July 1, 2021, we’re raising all multipliers and net prices by 6.4%. We also think that this may not be the end of price increases. Some years ago we were increasing prices monthly, and we would certainly hate to see that happen again. The good news is, this is our first price increase since 2017, which is over 4 years ago. We’re hoping that this is a one-time adjustment and we’ll do our best to put off any additional increases until year end. The trends are the concern and we have to be careful. Thank you for your understanding.

Very truly yours,

Douglas G. Valerio
