Due to a continued inflationary environment in Q2 and Q3 in Labor, Energy, Raw materials, and Freight; and despite the efficiency gains of our Manufacturing sites, we are forced to implement a price increase effective January 1st, 2023, across all products, with an average increase of 5%.
We will honor current 2022 prices for purchase orders dated and received prior to December 31st, 2022, provided there are no customer holds on the purchase order. Customer holds include, but are not limited to, submittal hold, credit hold, requested shipment dates after January 31st, 2023, and purchase orders submitted with incomplete information. Any orders still on a customer hold as of January 31st, 2023, will be requoted.
